Join me for a workshop to help nourish the nervous system by balancing the mind and body through the
yoga practice. In this workshop, we will learn how the body and mind respond to stress and will
participate in specific yoga practices such as gentle asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing
exercises), and meditation that can help ease our anxiety, fear, and/or depression to help support our overall mental health.
* Please bring your own mat. If you have any props such as two blocks, a blanket, and bolster please bring them as well. *
